3. Server log data & hosting
When you visit the site, technical data (e.g. IP address, time of request, browser type) may be processed to deliver and secure the website.
The site is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel processes access data as a processor; depending on configuration, EU data centres may be used. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we use the information you provide solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages are sent through an SMTP provider you configure for the site.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are technically necessary for the site to function. Optional categories (e.g. functional, analytics) are only set if you consent via the cookie banner. Legal basis for necessary cookies: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Embedded services
On the Ulpan Next project page we embed a registration form from Jotform Inc. (USA) in an iframe. If you use that form, personal data is processed by Jotform under their terms. See Jotform’s privacy policy. Embedding is based on our legitimate interest in offering a practical sign-up process (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use external trackers such as Google Analytics unless you allow optional analytics cookies in the cookie settings.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability where applicable. Contact us informally at info@bifode.org.
8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country or state.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
